For
temporary relief of the symptoms of colds and flu, bronchial
coughs and sinus congestion add 10 drops to 1 litre
boiling water for inhalation.
For use in an oil burner add 5 drops to water
in dish.
Place
1 drop on a tissue or handkerchief and inhale to assist
in the treatment of nose bleed.
Avoid use before exposure to sun. This oil may be irritating to sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended for children under 2 yrs without medical advice.
