Lavender oil has gained the reputation
of being the most versatile essential oil and all-purpose
first aid product in the marketplace.
For temporary
relief of stress and tension, migraine headache and
insomnia, rub lavender oil onto the forehead, temples
and back of the neck.
For a relaxing bath, add 5 drops of lavender
oil to bath water.
Sprinkle a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow
for restful sleep.
For temporary relief of rheumatic,
arthritic and muscular aches and pains, strains and
sprains, mix 10% of lavender oil with vegetable oil
and massage into affected area. This same mix has a
soothing effect on skin inflammations, infected wounds,
minor burns and sunburn.
Apply lavender oil direct for relief of blue bottle
